Digital Experience Transformation Specialist

As a key player in shaping superior brand experiences, we are seeking an expert to drive digital excellence across various retailer platforms.
This role will lead the strategy for discoverability and optimal digital consumer experiences, including maximizing digital shelf presence through optimised product content and guiding the search strategy (paid + organic) to boost visibility and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop a comprehensive digital shelf strategy to propel eCommerce growth and exceptional brand experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Oversee the overall retailer search strategy, supported by agency, managing account configuration, keyword targeting, and reporting/insights.
- Lead the creation of best-in-class A+ Content and Product Detail Page (PDP) management for key retailer websites and internal platforms to enhance conversion and brand storytelling.
- Identify optimisation opportunities across the digital shelf to ensure high visibility, discoverability, and purchase intent on retailer platforms, working closely with Brand Marketing and Customer Development teams.
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years work experience with focus on digital commerce and paid search (FMCG retail search preferred), digital shelf or similar directly related experience
- Proven search expertise on retailer platforms
- Fluent in English language
