We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Financial Manager to join our team in Sydney. As part of the Finance Division, you will be responsible for delivering strong expense management capabilities and financial control across the organization.

As an Executive Financial Manager, you will lead the delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful management reporting to senior executives and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for rationalizing and automating material entries, uplifting transparency and efficiency in cost attribution and allocation processes, and executing risk management and financial control requirements.

You will work closely with key stakeholders to empower the organization to deliver on cost accountabilities and drive business outcomes. Your expertise in financial management and commercial acumen will enable you to effectively influence, negotiate, and manage expectations at a senior management level.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $160,000-$220,000 AUD, depending on experience. In addition to this, you will have access to a range of employee benefits, including flexible working arrangements, career development opportunities, and a supportive culture.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' experience in financial management and the financial services industry, with a professional accounting qualification completed (ACA, CPA, CIMA or equivalent). You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders.
