Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement site activation strategies to ensure timely delivery of study start-up activities.
  • Collaborate with the global study team to provide study start-up strategy, input to milestone development, and alignment of operational targets.
  • Participate in client meetings to discuss study start-up, including endorsement of operational targets and mitigation of delivery risks.
  • Partner with functional leaders and local site managers to proactively identify study start-up related issues and develop corrective actions.
  • Ensure relevant systems are maintained and up-to-date to analyze study start-up progress metrics against targets and timelines.
  • Deliver client-focused reporting to measure performance and proactively identify issues for resolution.
What You'll Need:
  • Strong project management skills with experience in study start-up.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop corrective actions.
  • Knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
