Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Administration Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining office operations, supporting the General Manager, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from application to orientation
  • Oversee office operations, including purchasing supplies
  • Support the General Manager with day-to-day tasks
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
  • Assist Care Coordinators with administrative duties
  • Work with the Training and Development team to ensure staff receive ongoing training

Requirements:
