
Sydney Office Support Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Administration Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining office operations, supporting the General Manager, and providing exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in administrative tasks, and possess a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from application to orientation
- Oversee office operations, including purchasing supplies
- Support the General Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact
- Assist Care Coordinators with administrative duties
- Work with the Training and Development team to ensure staff receive ongoing training
Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
