About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the construction and maintenance of our civil assets, oversee our fleet and workshop, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will see the impact of your work every day, from safer roads to community infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction and maintenance crews
- Oversee fleet and workshop operations

- Develop and implement asset management strategies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or 5+ years' senior civil works experience
- Proven experience leading construction and maintenance crews
- Strong design and construction background
- Practical problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
