Job Title: Barista/Duty Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our store's day-to-day operations, including staff management, customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coffee preparation methods, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A key responsibility of this role is to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently, while providing exceptional customer service at all times.

This position requires a high level of English language proficiency and a valid driver's license for occasional travel between locations. Availability on weekends is also necessary, as Saturday and Sunday shifts are typically worked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily store operations, including staff management and customer service
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with training new staff members

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience as a Barista (required)
  • High level of English language proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
  • Availability on weekends
