HVAC Technician Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, as well as repairs to our portfolio of facility assets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in refrigeration work and mechanical services, including experience with installation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Undertake all planned and scheduled preventative maintenance works.
  • Prioritise reactive and breakdown maintenance tasks.
  • Perform refrigeration work and mechanical services, including the performance of peripheral and incidental tasks.
  • Complete relevant work management dockets, work feedback, inventory and general maintenance reports.
  • Make recommendations aimed at extending equipment life.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Refrigeration Mechanic and Refrigeration gasses trade qualification.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of, and experience with installation and maintenance of heating, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation systems.
  • A good understanding of Australian mechanical services standards.
  • Must be willing to undergo a police check.
  • Drivers License.
  • White Card.
