Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Manager

About the Role

This leadership position is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Commercial Plumbing Manager.

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to oversee plumbing repair and installation projects from start to finish, lead a team of technicians, liaise with customers and suppliers, and ensure operational excellence across all aspects of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of plumbing projects, including scheduling and progress tracking.
  • Allocate and manage job tasks for technicians.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor job performance and provide regular progress reports.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing and job documentation.
  • Manage inventory related to active and upcoming jobs.
  • Promote and uphold company safety standards and compliance.
  • Support technician training and development.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and regulatory changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a commercial plumbing service or maintenance role.
  • Current QLD Plumbing Licence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in electrical fault finding and testing.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards and safety practices.
  • Exceptional time management and organisational abilities.
  • Proven track record in customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or job management software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a drive for results.

Schedule and Work Requirements

We require our Commercial Plumbing Manager to work an 8 hour shift. Australian citizenship or work visa is preferred, however we are open to discussing alternatives.

This is an on-the-road role requiring travel to various locations.
