Job Description

The role involves overseeing the fulfillment and picking process at our warehouse, ensuring seamless execution of customer orders. As a leader in this area, you will be responsible for managing operational performance and outcomes, developing strategies to improve key metrics, and creating operational plans to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Lead order fulfillment and picking execution at the warehouse.
  • Manage day-to-day operational performance and outcomes for fulfillment activities.
  • Develop proactive communication and partnership skills to drive improvement in key outcomes and KPIs.
  • Create and implement operational plans to achieve customer promise.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders for fulfillment and warehouse operations.
  • Work closely with the Fulfillment Manager to evolve the subscription fulfillment strategy.
  • Manage stock on hand volume and productivity in the warehouse environment, focusing on reducing costs and minimizing lost time due to injury.
  • Coordinate logistics for purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, and processing.
  • Understand volume forecast projections and align business partners and teams to execute customer commitments.
  • Lead and influence a safety culture for staff, contractors, and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fulfillment operations background, preferably with store fulfillment experience.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience with Power BI or data studio will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a team environment.
  • Initiative, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Able to remain focused and calm in high-pressure situations.
