ROLE SUMMARY:
The Project Coordinator – Community and Resilience will report to the Executive Director in the delivery of key projects across VICSES and related teams.
This role involves developing and executing project plans to ensure timely and scope-specific delivery. The Project Coordinator – Community and Resilience will manage project timelines, investigate solutions, coordinate with subject matter experts, maintain comprehensive documentation to align project objectives with operational needs. Key responsibilities include preparing regular progress reports, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards, identifying and mitigating project risks, and coordinating internal and external resources to optimise performance.
Victoria State Emergency Service (VICSES) is a volunteer-based emergency service with highly skilled and equipped Volunteers trained comprehensively in a wide range of emergency environments. We focus on working with communities and partners in building resilience to achieve more aware, informed and prepared communities. Our specialist teams provide a 24/7 response to road accident and trauma incidents, assisting Victoria Police in search and rescue operations, and playing an important role in supporting other emergency services during major bushfire and emergency incidents.
