About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Advisor to join our team at Enterprise & Training Company Limited. As a Youth Advisor, you will play a critical role in providing intensive, pre-employment support to young people, helping them to improve their work readiness and secure employment or education opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level personalized support and service to our customers, including young people, employers, and education providers.
  • Actively promote ETC's services to local industry, employers, and job seekers, highlighting the benefits of our programs and services.
  • Work with TtW Recruitment Advisors to facilitate connections between young people and employers, educational institutions, and community organizations, resulting in employment, education, training, and work experience placements.
  • Achieve agreed objectives and targets, ensuring the successful delivery of our programs and services.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience.
  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in using relevant software and systems.
  • Ability to meet monthly KPI targets and achieve agreed objectives.
  • Recent, clear National Police Check and current Working With Children Check or Blue Card.
