Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading by example and inspiring our customers to create their own unique style of home. This involves being a role model around achieving personal targets and KPI's whilst supporting the team achieve theirs.

You will also support the Store Manager with coaching, developing and training the wider team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

In addition, you will contribute to the successful workforce planning and roster to ensure we meet our operational requirements.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who is wildly passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience and has the leadership qualities and demonstrated success in achieving KPI's and targets.

You should have the ability and experience to create and instill an engaged and motivated culture within your team, as well as strengths in nurturing, coaching, training and developing a team.

Finally, you must have an awesome attitude, be a team player and believe that together we can achieve great things.
