Role Overview

CBRE is the world's leading commercial real estate services and investment firm. We are seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our Global Workspace Solutions team in Brisbane.

About the Role

  • Oversee the delivery of planned and reactive works across client sites within contractual service level agreements and KPI requirements.
  • Liaise with client contacts and build strong working relationships.
  • Maintain and update CBRE vendor statutory and non-statutory compliance records and documentation.
  • Manage financial, administrative, and commercial aspects of the contract, including raising purchase orders and assisting vendors with the Coupa platform.
  • Prepare and issue reports as requested by the facilities management team.
  • Provide support for the mail room and cover front-of-house duties as required.

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a customer service focus with excellent communication skills and experience in customer service and/or front-of-house/client-facing roles in a professional/corporate environment.
  • Exposure to facilities management is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
