We are seeking an experienced and registered Dietitian to join our Integrated Care team in Ballarat.

About the Role:

  • Provide comprehensive nutrition advice and guidance for the delivery of safe clinical practice to patients.">
  • Collaborate with medical professionals, Allied Health professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality patient care.">
  • Develop and implement health promotion programs to increase awareness about nutrition and dietetics in the community.">
  • Work with clients with chronic disease, oncology patients, disability under the NDIS, DVA clients, Indigenous health clients, athletes, and sporting teams.">
  • Deliver education seminars to organisations, sporting teams, and schools on nutrition and healthy living.">
  • Engage in health promotion campaigns to raise awareness about the importance of nutrition and dietetics in maintaining good health.">

• A current registration with the Dietitians Association of Australia

• Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietetics principles and practices
