We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee our production operations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement effective production strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
  2. Plan and coordinate production activities to meet quality, quantity, and cost requirements.
  3. Oversee maintenance planning, tool supply, and scheduling of operating hours to ensure smooth production operations.
  4. Monitor production output and costs, making adjustments as needed to minimize expenses while maintaining quality.
  5. Communicate production updates and challenges to other managers to ensure seamless coordination.
  6. Lead research into new equipment and technologies to improve production capacity and efficiency.
  7. Coach and mentor a team of experienced operators to improve their skills and performance.
  8. Responsible for shift operations during production cycles.
  9. Implement preventative actions for quality and safety incidents.
  10. Collaborate with the team to develop standards for each procedure, resulting in the standardization of operations and improved quality for all products.
  11. Deliver training sessions to employees.
  12. Conduct plant risk assessments and integrate safety controls into operating procedures.
  13. Update current operating procedures to improve understanding and engagement among employees.
  14. Embed process improvements from Continuous Improvement programs into daily operations.
  15. Maintain accurate production records and reports.
  16. Ensure occupational health and safety compliance.
  17. Manage and direct production staff activities, setting performance goals and providing feedback for improvement.
  18. Evaluate and optimize production workflows to ensure the best use of time, resources, and manpower.
  19. Maintain adherence to environmental and regulatory standards in all production activities and processes.
