About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the bakery team to ensure efficient and effective product preparation and presentation.
  • Support the bakery team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product displays to create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
