Finance Director

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our Business Growth initiatives in Australia.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial strategies that drive portfolio growth, deliver program performance and achieve financial commitments.

About You

• You will have extensive professional experience and business success in a similar role within an engineering or project environment ensuring contractual compliance, cost management, budget development and analysis, financial estimating and proposal development (preferably within the defence industry).
• You will have extensive experience delivering against requirements, schedules and budgets in a complex and medium risk environment.
• You will have extensive experience in leading, developing and motivating teams, preferably across multiple sites.
• You will have an advanced understanding of the interactions between programs and the engineering disciplines, finance, commercial, support and quality areas.
• You will have experience in negotiation and resolution of highly complex issues to achieve a positive, commercially focused outcome.
