Junior Field Hockey Team Leader

Kent Place School is seeking a high-caliber candidate for the position of Junior Field Hockey Team Leader. The ideal candidate will possess high school coaching experience and a proven track record in building positive team cultures focused on student growth, fundamentals, and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement practice plans and game strategies to drive team success.
  • Lead and mentor student-athletes to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Supervise assistant coaches and ensure the safety of student-athletes.
  • Coordinate team schedules, tryouts, and preseason activities to optimize team performance.
  • Promote a culture of inclusivity, diversity, and equity within the team environment.

Working Conditions: The selected candidate will be required to work weekdays from 3:45 PM to 6:00 PM, with some games potentially extending later into the evening.

The ideal candidate should submit their cover letter and resume by April 30th to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
