Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Carers to provide exceptional care to our residents. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the comfort, safety, and wellbeing of our elderly residents during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with personal care tasks to promote dignity and independence.
  • Monitor and report on residents' health and wellbeing to ensure optimal care.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
  • Administer medications according to established care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care.
  • Possess a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
  • Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for elderly care, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment. Relevant qualifications and experience in aged care are highly valued.
