Marketing and Operations Professional

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing and Operations professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to launch your career in marketing and operations by working closely with our marketing and operations teams.

As a Marketing and Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting campaign execution, creating and distributing marketing materials, and performing data entry and basic analysis.

Key responsibilities include market research, surveys, and needs assessments, social media and digital engagement management, and performance reporting.

You will also assist in managing budgets and finances related to marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide input on campaign strategies.

This is a 12-month contract position that provides clear pathways for career growth and exposure to marketing campaigns, data analysis, and market research.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree, such as marketing, business, or communications, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

They should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office, attention to detail, and experience with social media and digital tools.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
