About the Role
The CPB Contractors joint venture is seeking a highly skilled Senior Document Controller to join their team on a prestigious construction project. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for providing professional management of document control procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, manage, and support the use of document control software.
- Manage the registration, identification, and distribution of project documentation.
- Establish and maintain project standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with document control policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and contractors.
- Train team members on document control procedures and software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a document control position, preferably in the construction industry.
- Previous experience with document control software, including TeamBinder, ProjectWise, and Bluebeam.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
- Current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and willingness to undergo a medical assessment.
