Job Summary:

Lorna Jane is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Holiday Active Stylist to join our team at our Rockingham store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to a positive and collaborative store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and engage customers
  • Assist with stock management, including receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise

Requirements:

  • Availability to work key trade days from Thursday to Sunday, during the day and overtime
  • Ability to work peak trade times during the month of December and January
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
