Project Director Role

  • Develop strategic plans for client projects to ensure successful outcomes and high stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business development initiatives and identify new project opportunities.
  • Lead the delivery of complex engineering projects, overseeing assessments and managing design teams.
  • Promote the company's presence in industry forums, presentations, and meetings.
  • Deliver innovative designs, reports, and specifications for various sectors including healthcare, defense, high-rise buildings, industries, and education.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

About the Position

  • This is a full-time role that combines technical expertise with business development and client engagement responsibilities.
  • As a senior member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a key role in driving project success, expanding client relationships, and assisting with business growth opportunities across diverse portfolios.
  • Effective leadership and commercial acumen will be crucial to your success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Proven track record of client engagement and project leadership in a design consultancy environment.
  • Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services, including HVAC design experience on building projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously at varying stages of delivery.
  • Mentor and support junior engineers in their professional development.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the company's pipeline.
  • Represent the company in industry forums and meetings.
