Boxing Coach Role

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Boxing Coach to deliver high-quality boxing classes to clients of all ages.

The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering fitness programs, improving programs and attracting new participants, and assisting with the development of junior staff and maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging and challenging boxing classes to clients of varying skill levels
  • Contribute to the improvement of existing programs and assist in the development of new initiatives
  • Support the growth and development of junior staff members, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, with a passion for fitness and working with people. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Certificate III or equivalent qualification in a relevant area of practice
  • More than 2 years' experience in instructional roles, preferably in boxing or a related field
  • Group-level accreditation with a relevant industry body
  • Demonstrated experience working with children, young adults, special needs, and socially challenged groups using sports and exercise
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificate
