Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of our team, working on a cutting-edge Digital Twin platform. Our advanced technology enables organisations to use data and digital technologies to visualise, understand, control and optimise their network-based operations in real time.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in back-end or full-stack development, strong command of Python, Node.js, Julia, Java, or Go, and experience in building RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and microservice architectures.

  • Design and develop scalable microservices to support ingestion, transformation, and storage of high-velocity IoT, sensor, and operational data.
  • Implement and maintain robust data models and streaming pipelines using cloud-native services.
  • Ensure secure, high-availability, and low-latency system performance for mission-critical deployments.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, data scientists, and digital twin architects to deliver full-stack solutions.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience in back-end or full-stack development.
  • Strong command of Python, Node.js, Julia, Java, or Go.
  • Experience in building RESTful APIs, event-driven systems, and microservice architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, TimescaleDB).
  • Have or be eligible for AGSVA baseline clearance.
