Project Change Leadership Role

This role is responsible for leading project change initiatives and driving organisational transformation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in change management, business analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • - Facilitate the development of business change impact assessments and readiness strategies for projects and programs.
  • - Guide and monitor project change management planning to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
  • - Contribute to the development of reporting tools and dashboards to measure the effectiveness of change management plans.
  • Success Metrics:
  • - Establish review mechanisms to monitor and report on the success of outcomes and benefits realised from project changes.
  • - Ensure that change-related risks and issues are promptly identified and managed through appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
  • - Drive capability uplift activities through active participation in a change management community of practice.
