Regional Facilities Manager Job Description

The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing a team of internal technicians to provide timely and cost-effective facilities support to the network within their region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing reactive maintenance services across the network through Facilities Technicians and external contractors in line with key performance indicators and service level metrics.
  • Assisting in the ongoing development and improvement of champion areas including internal systems, procedures, and policies.
  • Meeting with key stakeholders to communicate operations and focus areas.
  • Working with project, property, and leasing functions on changes to the portfolio, de-fits, or new club handovers.
  • Managing safety initiatives and solutions, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and building codes.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Have effective communication skills and be able to build relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Have strong organisational and prioritisation skills, and be comfortable working autonomously.
  • Be confident managing and coordinating external contractors.
