Senior AI Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Expert to join our team and contribute to both frontend and backend R&D for our platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams to define, design, develop, and communicate prototypes.
  • Develop and troubleshoot prototypes with both frontend and backend components, ensuring adherence to team coding standards, architectural patterns, and security practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI agent development and agentic AI systems, with advanced proficiency in AI agent frameworks, deep understanding of multi-agent systems, and extensive experience with Large Language Models.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or equivalent, 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI agent development, and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.

Technical Foundation:
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with complex AI system design.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
  • Innovation mindset with demonstrated ability to pioneer novel AI solutions.

Preferred qualifications include a PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or related field, experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning, and expertise in AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI development.
