Stockroom Inventory Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Stockroom Inventory Manager.

As the Inventory Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management practices across our stores. This includes receiving, storing, and issuing stock to meet customer demand while minimizing shrinkage loss.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail stock management, including cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, managing profit & loss of stock levels, and sales forecasting. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint & SAP, is also desirable.

You will be responsible for:

  • Inventory Management: Receive, store, and issue stock to meet customer demand; maintain accurate records and minimize shrinkage loss.
  • Cycle Counts: Drive scheduled cycle counts to make informed decisions on stock adjustments.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
  • Training and Education: Train and educate the wider team on inventory management policies and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior Retail Experience: 2+ years in a retail stock management position.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint & SAP.
  • Education: Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
