About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization that is dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting individuals with disability to achieve their employment goals.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop personalized plans to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure that our clients receive the best possible outcomes.
