Lead Community Development

  • Develop the community life division, aligning with strategic plans and business objectives.
  • Establish a professional customer-first culture to support service delivery.
  • Effectively manage divisional resources, including finances.
About You
  • Hold degree qualifications in Business, Social Sciences, Social Planning, Community Development or related discipline.
  • Bring relevant management experience from senior roles in service-driven organisations, developed over 5 years.
  • Hold a valid Victorian driver's license and current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
  • Have police check results suitable for this position.
