Role Overview
The ideal candidate will take charge of designing and executing age-appropriate educational programs for preschool-aged children. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, as well as observing and evaluating children's developmental progress while ensuring a safe and engaging learning atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience
- Must reside in Australia and possess a valid visa with full working rights
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Teaching or Diploma/Cert 3 in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA equivalent)
- Minimum one year of experience working with children aged 3-5 years in a preschool environment is preferred
- Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Working with Children Check
