**Job Title:** Care Coordinator

As a key member of our team, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) programs. This will include developing quality programs, coordinating staffing and rostering, and ensuring compliance with policy and procedures.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality childcare services. The successful applicant will have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as experience in programming and staff management.


The OSHC program operates from 6:30am to 8:30am and 2:30pm to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. The successful applicant must be able to work flexible hours during these times.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the OSHC programs
  • Develop quality programs and coordinate staffing and rostering
  • Ensure compliance with policy and undertake administrative requirements
Requirements:
  • Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum Diploma of Children's Services)
  • Sound experience in programming with a passion for quality childcare
  • Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain them
  • Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
