Project Management Expertise Sought

The ideal candidate will oversee system engineering activities within the Grid Automation business, ensuring seamless execution of service contracts in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) applications.

Key responsibilities include leading project teams, defining guidelines, allocating tasks, and monitoring resources to meet milestones. The successful candidate will also ensure project execution aligns with best practices and company policies, manage risks, and facilitate project closure and customer acceptance.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical/Controls Engineering or equivalent; strong technical knowledge in power systems and electrical engineering.
  • 3-5 years of experience in site execution and delivery of power system services, including automation, generation, or control technologies.
  • Experience in heavy industry sectors like mining, oil and gas.
  • Proficiency in engineering software, proactive organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
