The Role:
As a Design Manager, you will lead the design team, ensuring that projects meet client needs and industry standards. You will be responsible for developing architectural designs and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and manage design projects from concept to completion, including new builds, refurbishments, and renovations
- Manage project budgets to ensure architectural plans are cost-effective
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Oversee quality control of the architectural design process and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal and external teams
- Ensure designs align with regulatory requirements and the company's brand values
- Communicate and present design plans to stakeholders
The Ideal Candidate:
You will be a Registered Architect in Australia with at least 5 years of experience in architectural design. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software is required, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
