Job Opportunity:
">- Assist in coordinating Agency responses to Privacy related complaints and incidents.
The APS5 level role offers an hourly rate with Super and is based in Richmond or Geelong. This is a hybrid position with 2 days working from home and 3 on site, offering a 37.5-hour work week.
">About the Role:
">- Prepare briefing materials for Ministers, Board papers, media releases, reports to Parliamentary committees, and correspondence.
- Administer new systems, processes, and practical tools, including training to support Privacy handling and awareness.
- Enhance Agency awareness of Privacy through communication material preparation.
- Prepare Privacy reporting for management and executive, and feedback relating to identified trends.
Required Skills:
">- Australian citizenship is required for this position.
- Strong clerical, administrative, and operational tasks are essential, particularly preparing briefing materials.
- Background in legal services, Federal Government, or Disability is highly regarded.
