Job Description

We are seeking experienced and reliable Support Workers to provide care to clients with acquired brain injuries in the South West area of Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact on people's lives.

As a Support Worker, you will have access to client information and document progress or hazards to ensure their safety and wellbeing. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role.
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable).
  • Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance).
  • A current Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role.
