About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate fitness professional to join our team as a Personal Trainer. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for coaching members 1-on-1 and in small groups to achieve real results. You will also use business tools, trackers, and resources to grow your PT business.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions that cater to diverse client needs
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage client progress, set goals, and develop personalized training plans
  • Contribute to a positive club culture and support the growth of the team

What We're Looking For:

  • A qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) or willingness to pursue certification
  • Passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
