Job Title: Factory Hand

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Factory Hand to join our team at a leading manufacturer of aluminium products in Bundamba, QLD.

About the Role:

  • This is a manual handling role that requires the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • You will be working with aluminium profiles and will be responsible for manually stacking, packing, and wrapping products.
  • As a Factory Hand, you will be part of a production line team and will be required to use trolleys to relocate products to different locations.
  • You will also be responsible for general housekeeping and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • This is a Monday to Friday role with ongoing work, and you will be required to work day, afternoon, and night shifts on rotation.

Requirements:

  • You must have a current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in a factory manufacturing facility is highly beneficial.
  • You must have proven experience in fast-paced, manually intensive roles and a safety-conscious attitude.
  • You will be required to rotate day/afternoon/night shifts Monday to Friday and work overtime when required.
  • A drug and alcohol screening will be completed prior to commencement.
