The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager based in Queensland, who will lead our warehouse teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and direct warehouse teams to meet performance targets.
  • Evaluate and report on team performance and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate workflow and ensure accuracy in freight and stock management.
  • Monitor daily operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven experience in warehousing, 3PL, or distribution.
  • Knowledge of FMCG, Healthcare, or Pharmaceuticals industries.
  • Experience in managing large teams and implementing change.
  • Exposure to TGA (cGMP and cGWP) and ISO 9001 environments.
