Overview


We are seeking a Senior Venue Manager to join our team in the Northern Territory. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and drive initiatives across multiple venues, providing multi-site leadership and contributing to the growth and success of our business.


Salary


The estimated salary for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 per annum, plus bonus and superannuation. Relocation assistance and accommodation allowance are also available.


Job Description


The Senior Venue Manager will be responsible for overseeing all NT Venues, working closely with Operations and State Leaders to execute and drive initiatives. This includes:



  • Engaging with State Manager and Operations Managers to drive ALH initiatives across all venues;
  • Coaching and supporting Venue Managers within your portfolio to achieve sales and monthly profit targets;
  • Demonstrating commitment to building a safety conscious culture and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations;
  • Leading and driving local marketing initiatives to drive sales and profit targets;
  • Couching Venue Managers in property presentation and standards of visual merchandising.

Required Skills and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a matrix organisation;
  • Able to balance customer requirements and service capabilities with operational experience;
  • Multi-unit management skills and operational skills including cellar, bar, food, gaming, wagering, and internal systems;
  • Industry licenses and accreditation, including gaming license, RSA/RSG/National Police Check/NT Police Fingerprints;
  • Able to qualify to meet the State liquor licensing nominee/liquor appointee requirements;
  • Current Driver's licence.
