
A Multidisciplinary Regional Role for a Speech Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As a Regional Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for delivering holistic services across the lifespan, including NDIS, EPC/CDM, HCP, CHSP, and private clients.
You will work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists on-site to provide comprehensive care to your clients. With a diverse caseload across the lifespan, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adults from various backgrounds and with different diagnoses.
The successful candidate will possess strong clinical communication skills, a passion for learning, and confidence working independently and as part of a team. You will also have tech proficiency and mobile service capability.

- Provide services across the lifespan, including NDIS, EPC/CDM, HCP, CHSP, and private clients.
- Deliver assessments and therapy in speech, language, AAC, swallowing, fluency, literacy, and more.
- Design and deliver innovative programs tailored to your clients and community.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Qualified Speech Pathologist + SPA membership.
- Strong clinical communication skills and passion for learning.
- Confidence working both independently and in a team.
