Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to support high-volume fibre, wireless, and satellite installations and maintenance work across regional and remote Australia.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or those re-entering the workforce with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive attitude.
The successful candidate will play a key role in verifying data submitted by contractors and technicians, confirming installation quality standards, and finalising invoicing for accurate billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with contractors via phone and email to resolve queries and gather additional information as needed.
- Work in a fast-paced environment processing approximately 100 jobs daily.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and efficient processing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
