Lead CT Radiographer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to lead our CT modality across Tasmania. As a leader, you will be responsible for scanning alongside developing governance and ensuring training processes are standardised.

This is a full-time role based out of Hobart clinics, with attractive relocation and retention bonuses available for interstate candidates.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical leadership of the CT Radiographer workforce across the state
  • CT scanning alongside other modalities as required/skilled
  • Design, development and delivery oversight of CT training programs, maintaining continuous learning and improvement
  • Contributing to quality and safety initiatives
  • Driving operational excellence
  • Overseeing professional development and training of qualified Radiographers
  • Supporting recruitment and retention
  • Driving innovative and strategic initiatives
  • Providing excellent customer service while maintaining a professional relationship with attending Radiologists, referrers and support staff
Requirements:
  • Significant CT modality experience across various machines/platforms
  • Deep knowledge of CT governance, resources and systems
  • Good business and commercial acumen
  • Able to develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Track record in developing and implementing training resources
  • Effective communication and professionalism
  • Teamwork and good peer relationships
  • AHPRA Registration
