Service Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis at our busy Workshops in Spearwood.

You will be responsible for acting as the primary contact between us and our customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles.

  • You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the service counter to the workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, you will have worked in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service.

  • Mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and service requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team
  • Excellent time management, organisational and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Take ownership of your role and follow through until completion
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to software programs
