Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team in Bankstown.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and executing recipes, measuring and weighing ingredients, operating machinery, and maintaining a clean work area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reading and executing recipes/batch cards
  • Measuring, batching, and weighing ingredients/chemicals
  • Operating mechanical lifting aids and other machinery
  • Using dollies and walker stackers
  • Cleaning of the work area
  • Quality checks
  • Forklift driving
  • Demonstrating strong verbal and written English skills
  • Maintaining a strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Holding mixing/blending experience or similar
  • Working safely with chemicals
  • Demonstrating attention to detail
  • Adhering to quality, health & safety standards
  • Remaining physically fit to handle heavy items up to 20kg

What We Offer:

The selected candidates will have the opportunity to convert to permanent after 3 months, resulting in a rate increase of approximately 30%.
