Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Spa Therapist to join our team.

About the Role

This multifaceted position is at the core of our daily operations, managing bookings and client service, performing massage and body treatments, contributing to marketing and social media, and overseeing smooth operations.

  • Providing high-quality massage and spa treatments to clients
  • Overseeing the daily running and presentation of treatment rooms and spa area
  • Promoting and selling skincare and wellness products
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives including social media content, newsletters, and promotions
  • Ensuring a welcoming, clean, and relaxing environment for all guests
Requirements
  • Qualified massage therapist with at least 1-2 years' experience (Diploma preferred)
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills
  • Experience with spa or salon booking systems
  • Confidence with social media and basic marketing tools
  • Positive, reliable, and flexible with a can-do attitude
  • Product knowledge in skincare and wellness is a plus
