Our organization is currently seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Compliance Operations Manager.
">Job DescriptionThe Compliance Operations Manager will be responsible for providing expert guidance on compliance matters across various industries regulated by our organization. This includes assessing, identifying and coordinating issues related to non-compliance or potential non-compliance from regulated entities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to facilitate achievement of compliance standards
- Leading the Compliance and Investigations team in their duties
- Conducting thorough investigations and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
This role requires significant experience in conducting compliance investigations, improving compliance programs, and interpreting and applying legislation and regulatory instruments.
Additionally, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and the ability to prepare high-quality written documents.
A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as law, business, commerce or Government investigations would be highly regarded.
