About the Role
As a Home Lending Expert, you will be an integral part of BOQ's customer-centric approach, building lasting relationships and delivering trusted home lending solutions to our customers.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your role will involve supporting the branch in achieving its lending growth objectives by assisting new and existing customers through the process of buying a new home.
You will work closely with experienced Lending Managers to support the holistic client relationship, helping customers achieve their financial goals in a seamless and simplistic way.
Your focus will be on building relationships with strategic community groups and partnerships to strengthen local community brand and awareness, while also utilising your business development skills to engage with and generate new lending opportunities for the branch.

Your exceptional relationship-building skills will ensure you can deliver appropriate lending solutions, build trust, and confidence in your interactions.
Prior experience in mortgage lending is essential, along with a natural customer-centric approach and enthusiasm for business development, networking, and community involvement.

Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
