Our OSHC Services

We operate 53 out-of-school-hours care services that provide before and after school (and school holiday) care dedicated to the safety and development of young children. Our team of experienced Educators and Coordinators facilitate a range of valuable programs and activities that promote healthy lifestyles, creativity, and learning outside of the classroom.

Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an OSHC Educator in Dee Why. In this role, you will provide fun and engaging activities for primary school age children, design a calendar of inclusive program activities, and work closely with children, parents, and teachers to provide meaningful opportunities for young people within a healthy, safe, and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs and activities that meet the needs of diverse groups of children.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have experience supervising and supporting children, a valid NSW Working with Children Check, current First Aid and CPR certification, and a Police Check. You will also be passionate about working with children and committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for all.
